At Muse 2, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Muse 2 account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your email confirmation.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, include your packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
